How to shop

All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars.

Browse through our product pages, either by selecting the Product Category to the left, searching for the product you are after with our search feature, or clicking on the Search by Brand image to the left. Once you have found a product/s you are interested in, you can:-

1. Read through our Ordering Policies before purchase, which explains refund/return policies etc.. take a look at it here.

2. Ask for more information about the product you are interested in by e-mailing Tech Inquiries from the E-mail us page or click here to email us your question. We make every attempt to answer all Emails within 24 hours.

3. Choose to Purchase the item by clicking the Add to Cart icon, visible next to each product. You can continue shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping icon, or delete the order if you have made a mistake. If you are ready to Proceed to Check Out and finalise your purchase with the items you have in your cart, click on the Proceed to Checkout icon.

4. Most items have preset freight charges set up within the check-out process at the most cost effective method. You can also choose to upgrade the freight, which can be found in the category selection under "freight options". You will still have the option of deleting or continuing with your order. If your order is processed with set freight and you also select the premium freight, the extra charge is the calculated difference to upgrade to premium freight.

Payment can be made via other methods as well:-

Direct Funds Transfer can be made straight from your account to ours. Simply deposit the total amount shown on your Tax Invoice in Australian Dollars, including freight, via your bank, building society, credit union or local post office into our account. Our bank account details are detailed at the bottom of this page, simply print them and take them to your bank, or we can provide them with international swift codes for faster transferring from overseas, e-mail us at morrie@horsepowerinabox.com for these codes. Please let us know if you are depositing the money under a different name from the one listed on your shipping details. We will confirm receipt of the cleared funds as soon as they hit our account, and forward your goods.

If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, which is extensively used in the USA, please visit www.paypal.com. Once you are familiar with the PayPal system you can send money to our PayPal account which is sales@horsepowerinabox.com. Please make sure your name or e-mail address used at PayPal is the same as that on the order/shipping information you filled out. We will confirm receipt of the cleared funds as soon as they hit our account, and forward your goods.

6. Finally you will get a receipt that you can print by clicking on the print icon at the bottom of the page, you will also get one via E-mail.

Conditions for Credit Card use as payment

When using Credit Card as payment horsepowerinabox.com reserve the right to request verification from the customer of authenticity, in the form of Phone confirmation (land line not mobile number) or FAX confirmation. Goods will not be shipped to PO Box Addresses unless previously arranged with horsepowerinabox.com. Please Email us with any questions at sales@horsepowerinabox.com.
