Any orders accpeted by horsepowerinabox.com where the goods are unavailable for a reasonable time, that will delay delivery, the customer will be notified and the options of;

Horsepowerinabox.com makes every effort to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied so we offer a money back guarantee subject to the following conditions;

  1. The product is unused and the packing unopened and in original condition.
  2. The product is undamaged, and in as new condition.
  3. The product is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from receipt of goods by the customer. Goods returned after this 7 day period WILL be subject to a 15% handling fee (subject to HPIAB approval for the return. HPIAB reserve the right to refuse a refund after the 7 day period).

This offer excludes specially ordered and custom made items. 

A refund will be made or credit given (at the discretion of HPIAB management) on another item to the value of the product less $20 to cover freight and handling expenses.

The customer must bear the cost of the freight to return the goods to horsepowerinabox.com.

Faulty, Warranty or Damaged product.

All goods are the responsibility of the receiver once paid for by the customer and dispatched by horsepowerinabox.com. Freight charges DO NOT include Insurance for loss or damage during transit, although every effort is made to deliver goods in good condition.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Any Warranty Issues must be reported as soon as possible.

Insurance on freight is offered on the website as an option in the "freight upgrade" section.
