Other wise known as a GT25/30 these units make for a great bolt on to anything that has a T25/T28 base flange. Dual ball bearing operation makes these a super responsive unit rated at 320Hp efficiently with scope for more power.

Garrett GT2860R (GT28RS) 350hp "Disco Potato" ball bearing turbo

The Potato turbo great bolt-in replacement for the Silvia's stock T25. In fact, from the outside, the two turbos look nearly identical. The oil feed and both water fittings for the water-cooled centre housings are identical to the stock turbo. They do require minor modifications depending on make and model as they are a generic turbo not model specific (mainly the comp cover and actuator positioning and plumbing).

It was developed by Garrett in the US for a project car called the Disco Potato with an SR20 powerplant.The car's power was impressive, 280 hp at the wheels, but not earth-shattering. The driving experience however, was. Throttle response was excellent, turbo lag virtually non-existent, and the tyre-smoking horsepower was outstanding. The turbo spooled up early, making so much torque, that the best quarter-mile time (13.7 at 104.5 mph) was achieved launching in second gear. The vehicle was so successful that Garrett the turbo as the GT28RS.

We have made a limited number of special order "Disco Potato" GT28RS turbos with the S15 style comp cover that is flange style bolt up rather than hose clamp style normally used.

The Potato turbo great bolt-in replacement for the Silvia's stock T25. In fact, from the outside, the two turbos look nearly identical. Garrett GT2871R 52 trim S15 comp cover style (AKA GT-RS) ball bearing turbo

This turbo is the next step to the GT28RS DIsco Potato with the same basic configuration but with a larger 71mm comp wheel. This unit is supplied with a 7lb actuator, and is otherwise referred to as the Garrett version of the GT-RS turbo.

These units are 52 trim, and come with the S15 style comp cover for flange pattern bolt up to OEM pipework . They come with the .64 exhaust housing as standard, but can be optioned with the .86 housing subject to availability.

This turbo is the next step to the GT28RS DIsco Potato with the same basic configuration but with a larger 71mm comp wheel.

These units are available in 48 and 56 trim, with the 56 trim rated at 440hp potential. They come with the .86 exhaust housing as standard, but can be optioned with the .64 housing subject to availability.

This unit has a T25 type base flange and GT25 type rear flange for the exhaust. Features huge GT30 Turbine wheel, and a 71mm 56 trim comp wheel, a .50 comp cover with smooth machined 4" bellmouth inlet and or a 2.750" inlet. This unit has a .86 exhaust housing in the 450hp form . The comp wheel actually flows 44 LBs/Min and itself is rated near 450hp. Usual ultra reliability and superb response from the Garrett ball bearing design.

Great upgrade for SR20DETs and other 2 litre's looking for some serious power.

The GT3037/3076 is an exceptional turbo for its HP range. It features a .6 surge slotted comp cover and a complimenting turbine/comp wheel ratio, making it a great bolt on upgrade for the 2-3 litre range engine.

This unit has a lot of flexibility in offered houisings. It can be supplied with a T25 .86 internal housing, a T3 .63 or .82 external gate housing and a recent edition is the option of internal gate T3 in .63 or .82 (these units are more expensive and subject to availability at the time).  Usual ultra reliability and superb response from the Garrett ball bearing design.

Great upgrade for RB20/25s and other 2.5-3 litre's looking for some serious power.
